That’s the best approach for me to learn. it’s a double “Hell Yeah” One thing of interest to me right now has to do with story continuity across the journey from a MPPS, into an ARM SOS, and continued into the deliverable products/services. Designing good stranger to customer journeys (and beyond)… Really liked the “time-bound, intensive learning experience” idea. I learn better when something is time based and I know others are involved. I’d be very interested in a specific structure that teaches how to lead the prospect from visiting your website for the first time, to getting onto your email list, and leading them to becoming your customer. …just getting started is hard so anything to short circuit those mental blocks and just get that done would be amazing. I want to see the nuts and bolts for coming up with a strategy and plan and executing that plan for a certain promo. For example, how do you decide on the messaging, content etc. how is that executed, delegated, and what is the thinking process behind it.
